You scrolled past a hundred good moments today. None of them were yours.
Your laugh. Your small win. Your quiet moment. Nobody turned them into anything — not even you.
Letting the habit of looking rewire how I feel
In a well-known study, people who wrote down three good things each night for one week felt happier, and the effect lasted up to six months. GoodDayNight builds on that same simple habit: notice what went well today, save it, and get it reflected back to you in a few warm words.

A GoodDayNight friend
I came to test it. I stayed for the feeling. I picked apart every screen of this app — the words, the buttons, the flow — and somewhere between 'Pick your joy' and 'My good moment weaved,' I stopped auditing and started feeling. A photo of a cup of coffee came back to me as a memory with a voice: 'the steam curled like a quiet promise.' No feed. No likes. No strangers. Just my moment, kept safe, spoken back to me beautifully. This is what technology should feel like.

Questions
What is GoodDayNight?
GoodDayNight is a daily gratitude habit for adults. Notice something good in your day, snap it, and get it reflected back to you in a few warm words.
How does it work?
Pick your joy, snap a photo from today, and say what was good in it. GoodDayNight reflects it back to you in a few warm words. On a harder day, open Something Good: name what you're not feeling good about, take one slow breath, and flip it.
Can I save more than one moment a day?
Yes. Save as many good moments as you like. Each one gets its own reflection.
What happens to my moments after today?
Today's moments are for today, then they're gone. Tomorrow you look again.
Does gratitude journaling really work?
In a well-known study, people who wrote down three good things each night for a week felt happier for up to six months afterwards.
Is my photo private?
Your photos are used only to write your reflection and are deleted after today. We never share or sell them.
